Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking an International Intake Specialist to provide operational and patient intake assistance. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and have relevant experience in a healthcare or business environment

Job Summary

  • Serves as the initial point of contact for patients who call, email, or visit in person, assessing and handling requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Responsible for patient enrollment into the Concierge Medicine and Executive Health practices, maintaining and updating the CRM database (Salesforce) and registering patients in the EPIC system.
  • Handles sensitive information in a confidential, professional manner and performs other duties or special projects as assigned that are department-specific and appropriate to this level of position.
