  • JCT and NEC contract administration
  • Client relationship management
  • Project documentation and reporting
  • Tender document preparation and review
  • Use of Microsoft Excel, Project and Outlook

Nice-to-have

  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with sustainability and net zero carbon initiatives

Key Requirements

  • MRICS, CIOB or related Project Management qualification
  • Post-qualification experience in project management
  • Experience managing projects valued £5m to £100m+
  • Exposure to new build commercial and refurbishment projects
  • Experience with NEC and JCT contract administration
