5+ years Manufacturing Engineer experience
BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Material Science Engineering
Mentor junior engineers and lead interdisciplinary teams
Analyze design changes for feasibility and cost savings
Develop manufacturing operating instructions and procedures
Evaluate non-conformances as part of Material Review Board
Identify root cause and implement corrective actions
Nice-to-have
Experience in regulated manufacturing environment
Champion in CBS tool set
Ability to develop ROI or business case presentations
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques
Experience with capital equipment justification
Key Requirements
5+ years experience as Manufacturing Engineer
BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Material Science Engineering
US Person citizenship required due to ITAR regulations
