Job Summary

This role is responsible for day-to-day order process, order management, and follow-up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and customer expectations are met.
Build good relationships with all internal and external customers to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction and report weekly and monthly performance KPIs to leadership.
