Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years property management experience
Yardi software proficiency preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
IRS Section 42 LIHTC Program knowledge
Valid driver's license required
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree or CPM designation
Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) preferred
HCCP designation preferred
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Experience with Blue Moon lease agreements
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year supervisory experience
Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
