Management Advisor Job Summary The Management Advisor leads the design, approval, and continuous improvement of academic and workforce development programs within a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore. This role ensures full compliance with SSG/TPG regulations and EduTrust certification standards. Reporting directly to the managing director, the management advisor integrates program strategy and quality assurance with regulatory governance to drive sustainable institutional growth and minimize audit risks. Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Management Lead end-to-end course design, review, validation, and SSG/TPG approval processes via TPGateway. Align curricula with SkillsFuture frameworks, industry needs, and GES performance benchmarks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and digital innovation tools. Promote academic excellence and learning quality through structured QA systems and benchmarking against national and international standards. Regulatory Compliance Oversee EduTrust certification and renewal cycles, ensuring full compliance across all seven criteria and required documentation. Manage submissions and respond to SSG/CPE audits with actionable improvement and corrective plans. Ensure adherence to ISO, PDPA/DPTM, and international student policies (including Student’s Pass requirements). Administer WSG/SkillsFuture grants and statutory filings, and produce compliance reports for internal and external audits. Develop systems to identify risk trends and propose preventive and corrective measures for institutional compliance stability.
