Job Summary

• The Fiscal Services Collections Analyst serves as a point of contact for all university departments and external Sponsors for the collections activity related to Sponsored Program activity.
• This position performs routine collection duties of moderate scope and complexity on aged receivables for sponsored awards; makes outbound calls and emails sponsors requesting payment; handles sponsored related inquiries.
• Functions with a high degree of autonomy on complex issues. Performs in-depth analysis of processes, makes recommendations to improve processes, assist in developing and documenting procedural changes and training resources, and aids with document retention.

• Two years of accounts receivable, billing, payment processing, collections and/or finance operations
• Higher education or sponsored program environment experience
• Four years of relevant experience
• Expertise in Workday Customer Accounts and Sponsor modules
