The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing written policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs while assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge and care strategies.
This role requires ensuring adequate staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care for all residents.
