Job Summary
The Associate Director will oversee the strategy and management of a community engagement initiative aimed at achieving mutual benefit to Brown University’s educational mission and the capacity of community partners to advance their goals through data and evaluation projects.
This position develops and manages strategies and systems that scale and connect the Community-Engaged Data and Evaluation Collaborative (CEDEC) across a growing set of campus partners.
Responsibilities include developing outreach and recruitment strategies, professional development opportunities, and matchmaking processes, as well as supporting operational systems, documentation, assessment, and communications functions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years relevant experience
Master’s or terminal degree preferred
Experience working collaboratively with higher education, public, and non-profit sectors
Demonstrated experience establishing, developing, and executing strategy
Intermediate to advanced competence in quantitative and/or mixed-methods approaches
