Job Summary
Responsibilities · Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and objectives to achieve zero-defect goals
· Customer/Supplier Liaison: Act as the primary contact for quality issues with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with customer specifications
· Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Quality Engineers and inspectors, fostering a "Safety First, Quality Always" culture
