Job Summary

• Process Mechanics may also be required to perform sheet metal fabrication, spray painting, welding, chemical processing, plating, and hand/machine sewing.
• As a member of a team environment, Process mechanics participate in decisions that affect the team which include: manage daily work schedules, commit to team goals, objectives and metrics (cost, quality, schedule, cycle, safety),coordinate team communication, seek appropriate performance training, and participate in team meetings.
