Job Summary

  • As a Senior Consultant, People Partnering, within the People Consulting Team, you will partner with the People Community to deliver generalist HR support to the Qantas Business, ensuring strong performance outcomes whilst supporting growth, development and engagement of our people.
  • Your core responsibilities will include partnering with HRBPs and the People Community to deliver generalist HR support, providing high quality advice and coaching, and supporting strategic programs and priorities.
