Job Summary

  • The job holder will be responsible for driving change within HR team, drum beating transversal projects within the HR team, supporting Head of HR, APAC to track and manage team objectives & performances, as well as build up team spirit & culture.
  • The job holder makes the preparation of dossiers, documents, documentations, scorecards etc. for the management and/or other relevant bodies, ensuring that the information based on the data is understandable, updated, consistent, synthesized, available and archived.
  • The job holder is also responsible for the Ethics & Compliance topics and cases for East Asia to support Airbus' Ethics & Compliance goals in the Region.
