Job Summary
The role is responsible for end-to-end manufacturing quality assurance covering in-process, semi-finished, and outgoing product quality.
Candidates must manage supplier quality from pilot runs to mass production, including reviewing PPAPs and driving corrective actions via SCAR/8D reports.
This position requires regular regional travel to manage suppliers both within and outside Singapore while ensuring compliance with QMS audits.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma
Minimum 3 years QA experience in EMS/OEM
ISO 9001 auditor certification or experience
Strong knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA
Proficiency in 8D problem resolution methodology
Nice-to-have
Experience with CMM operation and programming
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and CSER standards
Ability to travel regionally for supplier management
Technical background in machining or fabrication
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in similar QA role
ISO 9001 auditor certification or proven audit experience
Training in Quality Control tools (PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA)
