15+ years construction management experience
5+ years people management experience
Advanced proficiency in CMiC software
Ability to apply Lean process philosophy
Thorough knowledge of MBE/WBE/SBA regulations

Experience leading multiple large or complex projects simultaneously
Strong community and industry relationship building skills
