Pre and post-contract cost duties
Tendering and procurement management
Cost risk analysis and value engineering
Fluent in German and English

Experience with multiple estimating tools
Knowledge of data centre asset types
Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field
Proven track record in cost management across full project lifecycle
Experience leading large complex construction projects
Good command of written and spoken German and English
