Job Summary
Tracks and reports on HR related ethics concerns, interfacing with the Ethics Office and regional partners to ensure timely and thorough investigation and appropriate resolution.
Responds to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management and works with the Employment Law team on agency charges and litigation.
Provides guidance and review of restructuring initiatives and assists in the design, development, and/or delivery of training initiatives for HR.
