Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Develop and manage relationships with financial sponsor clients
  • Originate new business mandates from private equity firms
  • Perform complex financial analyses for valuation and M&A
  • Build and stress-test financial models including DCF and LBO
  • Lead internal credit approval processes for acquisition financings

  • Serve as technical subject matter expert in accounting concepts
  • Drive idea generation for leveraged buyout opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams on risk controls

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance or Economics with 4 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 6 years progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience
  • Experience assessing acquisitions and capital raising within financial services industry
  • Proficiency in GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
  • Up to 5% domestic travel required
