You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
You will oversee staffing, training, safety, equipment, and care plan development while maintaining communication with residents, families, and medical staff.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license
CPR certification
Nursing degree from accredited college
2+ years nursing experience in long-term care
Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
