Job Summary

  • The Lean Process Improvement Leader will be responsible for fostering a Lean culture in the plant that prioritizes SQDC by driving continuous improvement projects both connected to the plant Lean Roadmap as well as operator feedback.
  • This person will also be influential by training their peers on Lean principles (i.e. 5S, Standard Work, Kanban, etc.) and working with them to implement Lean tools in the plant.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 2 years manufacturing experience

  • Ability to perform basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills
