The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local standards.
The role requires active participation in developing policies, conducting quality assurance programs, and assisting with government surveys and inspections.
Candidates must possess a current RN license, at least two years of experience preferably in long-term care, and training in rehabilitative nursing practices.
