This role acts as one of the most senior developers on the team driving implementation quality, engineering standards, and production readiness for autonomous and human‑in‑the‑loop agent workflows.
The AI Tech Lead is responsible for implementation patterns, reviews, release readiness, and coordination of vendor technical contributions where applicable.
Post‑release, drive reliability and performance tuning, manage technical debt, and improve observability to support ongoing stability of agentic behaviors in production.
