Job Summary
You will be working within our eCommerce team to be the friendly voice our business customers hear when they contact us.
Responsibilities include understanding eCommerce products, providing world-class customer support, and handling risk management activities.
We offer a rotating roster between 7am to 7pm Monday to Sunday, a supportive training program, and the flexibility to work from home, or from any of our offices around Australia.
