Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience with lean manufacturing principles
