  • Manage and organize internal billing processes, prepare and send invoices to clients, and investigate and resolve client invoice disputes.
  • Coordinate meetings, organize and support client visits, and order and manage office supplies.
  • Welcome and assist suppliers on-site, prepare and issue site purchase orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between finance, suppliers, and site management.
