  • The BI & Process Tools Manager – Americas is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving data intelligence, process digitalization, automation and tools harmonization across all clusters in the Americas region.
  • This role ensures the organization leverages data, technology and standardized processes to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, transparency and scalability.
  • The role will lead a regional team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Service, Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations, ensuring BI architecture and process tools fully support business performance and growth.
