Motionsolutions is seeking a Business Development Manager for Fleet and Heavy-Duty Sales to drive sales growth in fleet and government accounts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of account management experience, a solid sales track record, and a strong understanding of customer needs within the heavy-duty sector

Job Summary

  • Develops and expands sales for Fleet/ Government & Heavy-Duty accounts, responsible for executing strategic initiatives, new member enrollment, program adoption, promotions, and product training.
  • Works closely with NAPA Fleet HQ, providing feedback and field insights to drive program adoption, new accounts, training, and sales goals, while also managing government bid opportunities.
  • Achieves territory quotas on sales and new accounts, including Fleet Elite, Commercial and Government Fleet, while providing top-notch customer service and regularly visiting current NAPA Fleet customers.
