Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years contract management experience
Drafting and negotiating contractual documents
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with electronic signature software
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Nice-to-have
Experience with Apttus contract management system
Background in legal department or law firm
Third language proficiency beyond English and Spanish
Strong customer service skills

Key Requirements
