Must-have
Perform potency testing utilizing ELISA
laboratory test scheduling and testing investigations
Prepare and participate in audits
Review internal documents against regulatory requirements
microscopes, centrifuges, pipettes, balances
liquid nitrogen, micro-plate readers/washers

Self-starter with demonstrated ability
effectively follow procedural guidelines

troubleshoot assay issues and perform investigations
Key Requirements
High School Diploma with 3 years of experience
Associate degree with 2 years of experience
Bachelor's degree with technical scientific discipline
Minimum of 1 year of experience in laboratory, manufacturing, or technical support
Experience with ELISA, laboratory investigations and change controls
Strong analytical skills
Strong computer skills with excellent communication and writing skills
Three (3)+ years of experience in an animal or human health biologic laboratory setting
