Job Summary

  • The Assertive Outreach Support Worker provides nightly roving outreach across the Perth CBD, engaging with adults who may be intoxicated, distressed or disconnected from support.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Community Services or related discipline (desired)
  • Significant experience in AOD support
  • Practical experience in welfare, AOD services or outreach
  • Strong understanding of trauma, mental health
  • Manage challenging behaviours
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
