Job Summary
You will support a diverse workforce of team members, promoting proactive injury management approaches, with a key focus on early injury recovery and sustainable return to work.
You will be responsible for managing and assessing a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims in line with legislation and best practice injury management strategies.

Key Requirements
3+ years experience in Injury Management/Workers Compensation/Rehabilitation Case Management
Demonstrated experience with RTW programs, policies and procedures
Comprehensive knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative framework
SIRA Return to Work qualifications and relevant experience
Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast paced, customer-facing environment
