Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years of FP&A experience
Strong P&L and cash flow understanding
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with annual budget and monthly forecast processes
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of EPM tools like Oracle or Hyperion
MBA or CPA certification preferred
Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure
Self-motivated with collaborative mindset
