This role serves as the dedicated finance resource for a specific client account within JLL's real estate services division.
The position requires managing complete finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
Candidates will act as the primary finance contact for clients, delivering accurate financial reports and ensuring compliance with both client and company standards.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2-4 years client-facing finance experience
Strong proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables
Experience with accounts payable and receivable management
Ability to prepare financial statements and variance analysis
Nice-to-have
Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA)
Background in facilities or property management sectors
Experience with large corporate account support
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal audit processes
Familiarity with revenue recognition principles
Proven ability to build strong client relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
2-4 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Partial or completed professional accounting certification preferred
Experience in facilities management or property management sectors preferred
