Job Summary
Coordinates and directs the activities of craft personnel to complete construction and maintenance tasks in a timely, safe, and cost-efficient manner.
Responsible for promoting safety awareness and enforcing safety policies while supervising work crews to ensure tasks are completed skillfully and on schedule.
Inspects completed work for compliance with project specifications and prepares daily reports while maintaining material inventories.

Key Requirements
Four (4) years experience in civil crafts
Ability to pass drug test per DOT and company policy
Completion of Saulsbury Industries safety training
Ability to work 50+ hours per week
Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and climb 30-foot ladders
