  • Technical or maritime education
  • Senior officer experience on gas or bulk vessels
  • Knowledge of IMO, Flag, Class, ISM/ISPS, MARPOL standards
  • Experience with SIRE 2.0 and RightShip vetting
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Valid permission to live and work in Norway

Nice-to-have

  • Experience from HSEQ, vetting or compliance roles
  • Formal training in internal auditing (ISM/ISO)
  • Experience with digital HSEQ systems like DocMap
  • Proactive and analytical mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Key Requirements

  • Technical or maritime education preferred
  • Seagoing experience as senior officer required
  • Valid work permission in Norway mandatory
  • Solid knowledge of international maritime regulations
  • Strong IT and documentation skills
