Job Summary
Manage and supervise application processing team (between 10 to 12 individuals) to meet day to day operational tasks.
Manage day to day operational works related to Secured Lending Products (Mortgage, Investment Lending and Premium Financing Loans), including but not limited to new application, credit line changes, annual renewal, account credit maintenance request as well as to achieve service / productivity standards, ensure work quality and take appropriate action to optimize risk-reward outcome.
Provide training and individual development guidance to staff, manages staff performance, makes compensation decision and manage staff career development.
