Lead the 'run' component of the digital delivery model, ensuring a reliable application landscape, overseeing sustainment, testing, incident management, and risk mitigation.
Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and solutions for Midstream applications, while partnering with Digital Architecture and Program Delivery teams.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
3+ years of supervisory experience leading application sustainment teams
3-5 years hands-on experience with AVEVA PI, Schlumberger Avocet, and/or Quorum TIPS
Experience managing outsourcing partners, contracts, SLAs, and service delivery performance
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
