This role provides technical and operational support to the EHS function by implementing programs related to industrial hygiene and occupational safety.
The successful candidate will conduct exposure monitoring for noise, chemical vapors, and ergonomics while ensuring alignment with OSHA regulations.
BD values on-site collaboration and requires a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to foster innovation and effective problem-solving.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards knowledge
Industrial hygiene exposure monitoring
Incident investigation and root cause analysis
Permit to Work and Lockout/Tagout systems
Nice-to-have
Experience with PSM concepts
NIOSH and ACGIH sampling methodologies
Intermediate Excel and EHS software skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Key Requirements
1-3 years experience in EHS or Industrial Hygiene
Working knowledge of occupational safety programs
Exposure to basic Process Safety Management (PSM) concepts
