Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine or Social Work
  • 2-3 years clinical experience in a medical setting

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) - preferred
  • Class D Passenger Vehicle Driver's License - preferred
