Key Requirements

  • 4-8 years consulting/industry experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Revenue Integrity and/or Charge Integrity experience
  • Operational expertise in CDM Management, Charge Capture, Revenue Integrity, Denials Prevention, HIM/Coding, CDI, Payer Contracting
  • Understanding of Medicare IPPS, OPPS, ASC payment systems
  • Familiarity with compliance principles
  • Familiarity with regulatory changes impacting charging practices
  • Familiarity with EMRs (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, Athena/IDX)
