Job Summary

  • Lead the safe, reliable operation and maintenance of site utilities, working closely with engineering, operations, quality and EHS teams.
  • Operate and maintain utilities systems to ensure continuous supply to production and site services, and plan/supervise preventive maintenance using CMMS.
  • Coach and develop team members, promote safe work practices, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting utilities-related capital projects.
