  • This position will be responsible for reliability testing for xEV products within the America’s Region.
  • The Reliability Engineer will provide support to regional sites for the development of test systems and collaborate on test methods and strategies.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Reliability testing for xEV products
  • Knowledge of GD&T and print interpretation
  • Familiarity with environmental and life cycle testing equipment
  • Ability to fabricate mechanical and electrical fixtures
  • Intermediate experience with Windows and MS Office
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in automotive electro/mechanical devices
  • Knowledge of EV parts and components
  • Familiarity with Quality Systems like IATF16949 and APQP
  • Experience with SAP and Process Operations Standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects

Key Requirements

  • 4-year Engineering degree with 4+ years manufacturing experience or 2-year Engineering Technology degree with 6+ years manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Ability to lift 35lbs and perform physical work activities
  • Ability to occasionally work until 10/11pm based on test outcomes
  • Experience with quality systems such as IATF16949 and PPAP
  • Ability to travel 5-10% mostly domestic with some international
