Job Summary
The Business Engagement Lead serves as a strategic and operational partner to Horace Mann’s Security & Infrastructure technology teams, ensuring effective work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, financial management, and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities include developing standardized intake processes, facilitating prioritization discussions, maintaining workload and capacity visibility, supporting budget planning, and developing performance dashboards.
This full-time position is eligible for remote work from approved U.S. states or hybrid work from Springfield, IL, with occasional travel for on-site collaboration.
