Job Summary

  • As a Senior People Relations Specialist, you will work closely with the Regional People Relations Manager to help build and deliver strategy across the region, playing a hands-on role in managing employee and industrial relations activities.
  • You will independently manage employee and industrial relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and consultation matters, and advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on complex employee relations topics.
  • This role offers a meaningful position with real impact in an international organization, close collaboration with senior partners, exposure to strategic topics, and opportunities for growth within broader HR leadership.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with organisational change
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
