The Fleet Manager will oversee all aspects of Galderma’s fleet and vehicle reimbursement program for the field sales teams, including planning, directing, managing, coordinating, and supervising programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of fleet vehicles.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for sales teams, onboarding new hires into fleet or reimbursement programs within 48 hours, maintaining current rosters, and meeting weekly with the fleet management vendor to review outstanding issues.
