Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
7 years of equivalent enterprise ServiceNow experience
ITIL Foundations v4 certification
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
At least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
B.A. or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
