Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years in machine shop environment
Reading engineering drawings
Design for Manufacturability (DfM)
Scheduling and planning experience
Customer-focused communication skills
Nice-to-have
Experience with hard materials like Inconel
Multi-axis lathe and mill operation
Tooling and fixture design knowledge
Willingness to push back on unreasonable demands
Ability to work in fast-paced evolving environment
Key Requirements
