Lendlease Corporation is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager in Singapore to develop and oversee compliance policies and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. The role involves auditing, training, and liaising with regulatory bodies, with a strong emphasis on compliance within the real estate sector

Job Summary

  • Develop effective controls and policies to meet internal standards and external regulations, specifically for Council Estate Agent (CEA), Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Singapore Exchange (SGX) regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular assessments and internal audits to flag violations, inconsistencies or risks and ensure adherence to policy and authorities’ regulations, including overseeing the due diligence process and screening for Money Laundering, Proliferation Financing, and Terrorism Financing.
