Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in an HR, administrative, or coordination role
  • Strong working knowledge of an HRIS (Workday preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Shown experience supporting people analytics, workforce reporting, and compensation analysis
