Key Requirements
Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
3+ years’ experience in an HR, administrative, or coordination role
Strong working knowledge of an HRIS (Workday preferred)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Shown experience supporting people analytics, workforce reporting, and compensation analysis
