Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse is responsible to provide direct resident care and medication administration and document care in compliance with regulatory and Extendicare Resident Health and Wellness standards and policies and procedures.
• The role involves planning, coordinating, managing and evaluating the resident’s care plan working with the resident/substitute decision maker, physicians, nursing and interdisciplinary team and contracted service providers.
